Women hit by vehicle on North Street and Weld Street, life-threatening injuries

Rochester police are investigating an incident where a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on North Street and Weld Street around 9:40 PM. Saturday night.

The 42 year-old female victim had serious injuries and had to be rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital. The striking vehicle described as a white SUV fled the scene.

Rochester police is asking anyone with any information to contact law-enforcement. There are no suspects in custody.
