Shooting on Fulton Avenue claims the life of 19 year old male

Rochester Police Department responded for a call of shots fired in the area of 6 Fulton Avenue shortly after noon today.  Upon arrival on scene, Officers found a 19 year old victim on scene unresponsive.  The victim was pronounced dead on scene.  Officer’s stated that prior to the shooting, there was some type of argument that occurred and that the incident is an isolated incident.

While officers were on scene investigating, family members arrived on scene and ran through the crime scene tape.  Officers were able to restrict the family from going any further into the scene.
