Rochester mother charged in death of killing her own baby in Manhattan Square

34 year-old Passion Andersons has been charged with Murder in the 2nd Degree for the death of her son.

Rochester police says “On November 2, 2023 at about 5:30 pm, officers were called to the apartment building at 10 Manhattan Sq. Pk. for the report of an unresponsive child."

"When emergency personnel arrived on scene, they located a 1-year-old deceased inside of a closet in one of the apartments”.
