Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren Announces Re-election Campaign

Embattled Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren has announced her reelection campaign. Mayor Warren made the announcement on Saturday January 9. Mayor Warren was elected Mayor of Rochester back in 2014 with her primary focus on “equity for all of our children and families and to ensure we all have a fighting chance to not just believe but to fulfill our dreams”. Mayor Warren stated that she wants to continue on her focus and make Rochester a great city.

Back in October of 2020, Mayor Warren was indicted on two felony campaign finance charges. Mayor Warren has plead not guilty to the charges and is expected to go to trial sometime in 2021.
