One person dead in early morning shooting on Cameron Street

On Monday morning the Rochester Police Department responded to Cameron Street near Lyell Avenue for a report of a person shot. When officers arrived on scene, they found a male in his 20’s, lying on the ground, who appeared to have been shot multiple times. The male was pronounced dead on scene.

The Rochester Police Department advised that the shooting is under investigation and that no suspects are in custody.
