Man shot and killed in Irondequoit

On Friday night around 8pm the Irondequoit Police Department responded to Popeye’s located in East Ridge Road for a report of a male shot.

When officers arrived on scene, they found a male who had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

The male was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The Irondequoit Police Department is investigating the incident and is asking anyone with information to call 911.
