Man shot and kill on Bartlett Street and Jefferson Avenue

Rochester police are investigating a homicide leaving one man dead. This occurred around 12:45 PM on Jefferson Avenue and Bartlett Street original call came in for a shot spotter officers arrived on scene and found one man laying on ground unresponsive

There are no suspects in custody from this shooting and police are asking anyone from the public to come forward with any information.
