Four Rochester residents were shot on Flower Street in broad daylight

The Rochester Police Department confirmed four City of Rochester residents were shot on Flower Street in broad daylight. The shooting happen minutes before 7 P.M. Tuesday. Two of the victims, a 24-year-old and 21-year-old male were transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by an ambulance. The two others male victims were taken to Rochester General Hospital in private vehicles.

The incident is under investigation and there are no suspects in custody.
