Car goes into water at Port of Rochester

On Friday night just after 8:00pm the Rochester Police and Rochester Fire Department responded to the Port of Rochester for a report of a car in the water with people trapped.

When first responders arrived on scene, they did find a car in the water. Firefighters and police were able to check the vehicle, but no one was inside.

The vehicle has been removed from the water.

The Rochester Police Department along with the Rochester Fire Department are continuing to search the water for any possible victims.
