A 13-year-old boy was stabbed in the area of Post Avenue

A 13-year-old boy was stabbed in the area Post Avenue. The victim says a group of males proceeded to jump him and stab him in the back multiple times. The victim was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and is expected to recover.

There are no there are no suspect in custody at this time and there is an ongoing investigation by the Rochester Police Department.
