Three charged with murder in Maryland Street shooting

Three men all under the age 25 were charged Friday in the fatal shooting on Maryland Street that took the life of an 18-year-old Rochester teen. Khalil Webb, 24, Tommy Hall, 17, and Cortney Cooley-Francis, 18, all of Rochester, were charged with murder in the second degree for the death of Rayquan Jones. Police say back in May Jones was shot in a vehicle parked in the driveway of a home.
