House fire on Clifford Avenue and Hudson Avenue


Rochester firefighters quickly put out a fire on Clifford and Hudson Avenues on Friday evening.


The initial call came in for a fire on Clifford and Joseph Avenues.

RFD stated that when firefighters arrived on scene crews noticed flames coming from an apartment building on Clifford Avenue and Hudson Avenue. Crews contained the fire to the second floor.


There is no fire damage, but there is smoke and water damage to the second floor of the building. The building is believed to be vacant.


However, crews are waiting for the property owner to confirm that. There was no one was injured during the fire. As of now, firefighters are not aware of any suspicious activity.
