Woman stops breathing

Around 9:40pm Thursday 911 was dispatched to a woman unconscious and not breathing she was found with drugs in her hand and she was not breathing we heard she was a heroin attic trying to get help please say this is not the first time they see things like this or 100th time

they see things like this every day in the Rochester area and want it to Stop but they say drugs don't start off by just trying them not all of them at least they start off by taking pain medicine and when you can't have that pain medicine anymore then move on to something else that is similar like heroin
