19-year-old driver was injured after crashing vehicle

Rochester Police Department says a 19-year-old driver was injured after crashing a vehicle in a parking lot. At the same time as the crash, RPD was in the area for a report of possible gun fire.

RPD is investigating if the incidents are related.

There is believed to be no one shot in the area at the time.
